fall color

Sometimes the only thing better than fall color is fall color with a tiny bit of snow. It's all about being in the right place at the right time and this year, I just couldn't pull it off. It was tough enough shooting into the sun or shooting in harsh daylight. There were barely any clouds that day and it made things difficult. But, here are some more fall photos from our hike in Maroon Bells near Aspen in mid-September. My blisters are finally healing!
